Dutch Eating Behavior Questionnaire, DEBQ

Online test

Dutch Eating Behavior Questionnaire (DEBQ) is a psychological instrument designed to assess eating patterns and eating‑related responses. It consists of a series of items aimed at evaluating three core aspects of eating behavior: restrained eating, external eating, and emotional eating. The results can provide insight into individual eating patterns, responses to stress, and the overall relationship with food, supporting the development of balanced eating habits and greater awareness of personal eating behavior.
